All content we provide, including courses, masterclasses, guides, emails, text messages, social media posts, live calls, and coaching, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

Jovanka Ciares is a clinical herbalist and certified health and wellness coach. She is not a medical doctor, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by using our services.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any herb, supplement, dietary change, or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you learned from us. 6. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, discounts, and limited offers are available only as described on the offer page and only while the stated conditions apply, such as a deadline or a limited number of spots. Bonuses have no cash value.

7. Refunds

Refund terms for each program are stated on its sales page or checkout page, and those terms apply to that purchase. You can join with your camera off and use only your first name if you prefer.

Event dates and times may change. If an event is rescheduled, registered participants will be notified by email.

Our communities are built on respect and care. Do not post anything abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or promotional, and do not share other members' personal stories outside the community. We may remove content or members who do not follow these guidelines, without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content we provide, including videos, worksheets, guides, recipes, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Reclaiming Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you register or purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or redistribute our content, or use it to teach or create competing programs, without our written permission.

11. SMS Terms

Program description: When you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Reclaiming Wellness at the mobile number you provided. Messages include registration confirmations, live event reminders, access links, and occasional program updates.
